WHAT IS IT
Monolitika was created from the need to hide the kitchen in plain sight, offering a compact retractable kitchen solution with small dimensions, elegant, and with a clean and rational aesthetic. When not in use, this retractable kitchen integrates perfectly into the surrounding environment, becoming visible only when necessary.
This kitchen is designed to optimize space and provide greater freedom to the living area. It is the ideal solution for mini apartments, studios, holiday homes, residences, B&Bs, hotels, hostels, basement rooms, senior residences, and hospitals, as well as for refreshment and break areas within offices and commercial environments.
Monolitika combines aesthetics and functionality with an internal structure equipped with soft-close hinges and a practical lid. This allows you to easily transform the area into a fully equipped kitchen with cooktops, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. Our kitchen is available both in the floor-standing and wall-mounted versions, to adapt to any space configuration.
The versatile design of Monolitika includes numerous customizable finishes, including embossed matte lacquer finishes and Oak wood in different shades, allowing you to adapt the kitchen to your own style and environment.
In addition to the two main lids, it is possible to add internal accessories such as drawers, shelves, and organizers to further optimize the space. Monolitika is shipped pre-assembled, simplifying assembly and making installation quick and stress-free.
We also offer a custom-made service, which allows you to customize dimensions and finishes not present in the catalog, to ensure that every retractable kitchen fits perfectly with the specific needs of your spaces.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

OPENABLE LIDS
FIXED LIDS
The openable lids are made with a design developed and engineered by Monolitika, with widths of 45, 60, and 68 cm each. The 68 cm lid can also accommodate the 60 cm induction cooktop, with either an integrated or traditional hood.
To include both the sink and the cooktop in the composition, it will be necessary to provide 2 different lids, separated by at least one fixed intermediate module.
The fixed covers, in addition to aligning the aesthetics of monolitika with the openable covers, are also necessary for their proper functioning. Therefore, it will be necessary to insert at least one intermediate module between the two openable covers.

INTERNAL SHELLS
Monolitika disappearing kitchens are available with doors, lids, and visible parts in sablè lacquer finish in various colors (RAL, SIKKENS, NCS).
Upon request, we can customize the cover valances, doors, lids, and every detail with finishes made to sample in standard laminate from the catalog; anti-fingerprint, wood essences, and many other finishes.
The internal tops of the lid are made of HPL laminate with a choice of finish between:

The sink can be matched to the chosen countertop or made of steel in different sizes. In every chosen version, a telescopic mixer will be present.
The internal shells are made of wax-finished melamine in a solid color, available in white, dark grey, or black.
Any internal drawers will be made of metal, matched to the shell.

Upon request, it is possible to add additional appliances such as refrigerators, wine cellars, ...
With the exception of sinks and cooktops with integrated hoods, the customer can independently provide their own appliances. The work will be carried out based on the model provided.

Upon request, we can provide custom-made supplies, designed and created specifically for each client.
In this case, it will be possible to customize dimensions, finishes, and shapes.
PAYMENTS
PRODUCTION TIMES
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Payments are made by bank transfer with a deposit upon order and balance before delivery.
We produce each Monolitika specifically for each customer, with no items kept in stock. This allows us to customize every supply according to the requests received, but it delays production times.
For "standard" requests we need about 60 days.
Our kitchens are very easy to assemble; therefore, they can be shipped by courier, packed in wooden crates of various sizes and weights depending on the supply.
Upon request, it is possible to request the transport and assembly service carried out by our collaborators.
