1. Categories of data processed

• Browsing data: IP addresses, browser type and operating system, collected in aggregate form via Google Analytics 4.
• Voluntarily provided data: name, surname, email, phone, city and message content, via the contact forms and the online configurator (including configurations and any attached files).
• Cookie data: session identifiers, preferences and, subject to explicit consent, advertising profiling.

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

1. Responding to contact and quote requests — performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures.
2. Compliance with legal obligations — tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
3. Statistical analysis of the website — legitimate interest and, for marketing, consent.
4. Marketing and remarketing — explicit consent (e.g. via Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4).
5. Legal protection — legitimate interest of the controller.

3. Retention periods

• Contact data: for the duration of the request and a further 24 months.
• Contractual and tax data: 10 years from the end of the relationship.
• Browsing data: up to 14 months (GA4 default setting).
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn, in any case no longer than 24 months.

These tools are only activated if the user clicks "Accept all" in the banner and only if the controller has actually configured them (they remain inactive otherwise). They may involve the transfer of data to the United States, based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Managing preferences

Users can change their preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie" link in the website footer, or by deleting cookies already saved via their browser settings.

Map (Google Maps)

The Contact page includes a map provided by Google LLC. To protect privacy, the map does not load automatically: it is shown only after the user explicitly clicks "Load the map". Only at that point does the browser contact Google's services, under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Data is not disclosed nor subject to automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects on the data subject.

6. Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of data, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent (without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal).

Requests should be sent to info@monolitika.it (subject: "Privacy"); the controller will respond within 30 days. Data subjects also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

The controller reserves the right to update this notice. The current version is always published on this page with its last update date.
