Student housing & co-living
Compact in the room, robust in everyday use, identical across dozens of units.
What student residences need
Student residences and co-living projects must guarantee a minimum level of cooking independence in rooms or micro-apartments where available space is extremely limited, and where the same solution must be replicated identically across dozens or hundreds of units. Monolitika answers with a modular hideaway system that integrates a sink, induction hob and built-in compartments in a depth of 70 cm, keeping construction standards and quality identical in every room.
Designed for multi-unit projects
Modules from 30 cm up to complete configurations over 150 cm: the composition is calibrated to the minimum available width in each room type of the project.
Damped hinges, handle-free doors and scratch-resistant laminate worktops: designed to withstand the daily, repeated use of different residents over time, typical of student housing.
For projects with dozens of identical rooms, our in-house technical office develops the composition once, with predictable lead times and costs at scale, and replicates it across every unit.
Real equipment
Induction hob, sink with telescopic mixer tap and a built-in fridge compartment: the real cooking independence a student or co-living resident expects, in a space that otherwise stays a tidy, clean piece of furniture in the room.
